Taunted or Haunted???

I have always been fooled by love. I fought for love, i won, then love left me for another love though love tells me he still loves me, then another love came and the same cycle happened again, then another love came, though its different, now i didn’t fought for it, but i almost forgot not to, love told me this time he will stay, but it scared me, so again i left love, oh forbidden and stupid love, why do you always have to taunt me or am i being haunted? And why am i blaming “love” anyway? is this his fault? Of course not! Its all my fault,  Yes i am a BIG TIME STUBBORN, a LIAR, and a SINNER. I should have not defined love as the world defines it. I learned my lesson and i’m tired of the cycle.
So what’s love anyway?
1 John 4:10
This is real love—not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as a sacrifice to take away our sins.
          Focus on God’s love and not on the love this world can offer, because just like the world its also temporal and conditional. God’s love is perfect and unconditional.
1 Corinthians 13: 4-7
⁴ Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. ⁵ It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. ⁶ Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. ⁷ It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
